Hotel Chicago West Loop

Loved the place, had a nice stay for business trip. All of the staff were attentive, helpful. The location was wonderful, at a near distance from an indoor arena.

The food was excellent, had lots of options.

Loved my great stay for business trip. I had a new-fashioned room with bunk beds as well as the heater and everything was good. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Church of the Epiphany. Furthermore, the area was nice.

Helpful staff providing very good services.

The staff is courteous, the breakfast exceptional, the ocation is perfect short walk to Michigan avenue, sports bar and grills which have great food for lunch and dinner and United Center.

We liked the hotel, it was unique and fairly clean. The property room was updated with a bath. The hotel was placed in the central location close to the train cheaper than downtown.

Everything was perfect! Pleasant staff, quiet room - we had a good experience. There were a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area in the room, loved that.

Totally very pleasant experience. Very pretty location, romantic room, tasty breakfast. Bed was amazing, I enjoyed it. Great service and a lovely pool onsite.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the fantastic location. Unique building, fairly clean and separate bedroom. The staff was extremely great and everything was great. Besides, it was really close to bars and United Center and downtown.

Bright room, apologetic staff, large breakfasts. I loved the room, the bed was nice. Plus it had a great view.

i loved hotel's cute lobby. calm staff, i asked the restaurant staff for help, and they settled my problems. had light deluxe queen room with white sheets and bunk beds. i had a microwave, a microwave oven and fridges. the smooth check-in too.

Everything was perfectly fine, but we stayed for 4 nights only. Great quality & absolutely clean hotel, it was in a DECENT location, has restful staff. You could walk to shops and retailers. Easy check in and late check out. There were fast internet and paid parking available.

The staff were ready to help, the breakfast was extensive. Room was comfortable modern and comfortable modern, I loved that air conditioning, hairdryer and dresser were available. Had bottled coffee and tea in the rooftop bar.

The place was VERY WELL KEPT, tidy, had terrific location and food. Room had a modern interior.

Perfect place for a 4-night stay. It was nice to have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a coffee machine in the room. Moreover, we could park our car onsite🙂
